For this reason, we focus on providing customers with a more transparent cutting experience.

During the cutting process, our team records:

These records can then be shared with the customer so that they can follow the process and see the actual result of their purchased stone. After cutting, the resulting jade pieces can be prepared for shipment to the customer.
